  • The promotion code can only be used to redeem one designated gift and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • The promotion code can be used once only. Only one gift will be redeemed per customer.
  • The promotion code must be presented before redemption. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
  • The availability of items for redemption will depend on stock supply. City Super Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative gift as a replacement.

  1. The promotion codes are applicable to purchases at city’super E-Shop from 13 (Fri) to 31 (Tue) December 2019 only. The promotion code can be used as HK$100 with a single net purchase of HK$1,000 or more (excluding delivery charge).
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other super e-gold card or other promotional discounts.
  3. This offer is not applicable to discounted products.
  4. Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Photos are for reference only.
  5. Promotion codes are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
  6. The promotion codes cannot be used to purchase city’super gift card, city’super shopping voucher or discount products, or used to top up super e card or pay for delivery charges
  7. One promotion code can be used per transaction only.
  8. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. The discount code will not be returned.
  9. Members are required to login at the city’super E-Shop (online.citysuper.com.hk) in order to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
