1. Please place your orders at least 72 hours before delivery date. The daily cut-off time for orders is 12:00nn. For example: 

  • Case 1: If an order is placed at 11:00am on 1 Dec, the earliest delivery date would be 4 Dec. 
  • Case 2: If an order is placed at 12:15pm on 1 Dec, the earliest delivery date would be 5 Dec.

    • 2. Order service is only available on https://partyset.citysuper.com.hk/.

    3. Members must log in the Party Set webpage (https://partyset.citysuper.com.hk/) to enjoy the offer. Loyalty points and spending will be accumulated correspondingly. No retrospective arrangements will be made.

    4. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with eCoupons, or other promotional offers or coupons.

    5. Store pick up service is not available.

    6. To maintain food quality, please enjoy the food within 2 hours of delivery.

    7. Delivery service for party sets is valid until 1 (Mon) Jan 2024.

    8. If customers want to make changes to an order that is being processed, they must contact us at least 3 working days in advance or we will not accept any changes.

    9. Payment can be made online by Visa/ Master/ AE/ AlipayHK/ Alipay/ WeChat Pay/ PayMe. Full payment must be settled at the time of ordering.

    10. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed once confirmed.

    11. In case of Black Rainstorm Warning/Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the order service may be delayed or cancelled on the same day or next day: customers will be contacted to make further arrangements.

    12. Items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    13. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of disputes.

    14. This catalogue is valid until 29 (Fri) Dec 2023 (12:00nn).
