1. Please place your orders at least 72 hours before delivery date. The daily cut-off time for orders is 3:00pm.

Case 1: If an order is placed at 11am on 1 Dec, the earliest delivery date would be 4 Dec.

Case 2: If an order is placed at 12:15pm on 1 Dec, the earliest delivery date would be 5 Dec.

2. Order service is only available on https://partyset.citysuper.com.hk/.

3. Members must log in the Party Set webpage (https://partyset.citysuper.com.hk/) to enjoy the offer.

4. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with eCoupons, or other promotional offers or coupons.

5. Store pick up service is not available.

6. To maintain food quality, please enjoy the food within 2 hours of delivery.

7. Delivery service for party sets is valid until 2 (Mon) Jan 2023.

8. Payment can be made online by Visa/ Master/ AE. Full payment must be settled at the time of ordering.

9. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed once confirmed.

10. In case of Black Rainstorm Warning/Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the order service may be delayed or cancelled on the same day or next day: customers will be contacted to make further arrangements.

11. Items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

12. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of disputes.
